These Terms cover all features of the platform including Secure Notes encryption, Emergency Lock, Dark Web Scanning, Data Broker Opt-Outs, VPN, AI features, Incident Response, all subscription plans, Enterprise accounts, the KLAW Removal Engine, SMS/Twilio communications, and Proof of Consent recordkeeping.
